Peter Rukin to testify before the Women and Equalities Committee of the UK Parliament

On December 19, 2018, Peter will testify before the Women and Equalities Committee of the UK Parliament. The Select Committee is conducting an inquiry regarding the use of Nondisclosure Agreements where harassment or other discrimination is alleged. Peter will be providing the Committee with evidence regarding the use and legal effect of nondisclosure agreements in California. The terms of reference for the NDA inquiry can be viewed here.
