Join Peter Rukin at the BASF’s Yosemite Conference

On January 27, 2017, Peter will moderate a discussion entitled Vanquishing the Wage Gap: Will the California Fair Pay Act Usher in a New Era of Pay Equity? as part of The Labor and Employment Law Section of The Bar Association of San Francisco’s Yosemite Conference.  The panel includes Lori Andrus of Andrus Anderson, Mariko Yoshihara, Legislative Director of the CELA, and Jeanna Steele of Sunrun Inc. Topics include the policies and politics that drove the legislation; the law’s requirements; litigation strategies for employees and employers; and additional changes on the horizon, including expansion of coverage.
