Join Peter Rukin as he speaks at the ACBA’s Event: Getting to Yes and Beyond-Best Practices in Settling Employment Claims

Peter Rukin will speak on a panel event entitled “Getting to Yes and Beyond: Best Practices in Settling Employment Claims”, sponsored by the Alameda County Bar Association on March 29th from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. He will discuss the practical aspects of settling employment claims and best practices throughout the life of a case. He will be joined by co-panelist John Kloosterman of Littler Mendelson LLP. Following the panel discussion, there will be a roundtable discussion about settlement and negotiation strategies.  The event takes place in Oakland at the ACBA and 1.5 MCLE credit hours are available.
