John F. Hyland will speak at ACBA’s Litigating PAGA Claim – An Introduction & Overview on February 7, 2019. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (“PAGA”) has proven an increasingly potent and commonly used tool for challenging a wide range of Labor Code violations and violations of IWC Wage Orders. In this presentation, the speakers will provide an overview of PAGA, discuss issues unique to litigating and settling PAGA claims,  and cover recent developments relating to PAGA claims.
