John Hyland to Speak on The Employment Relationship: Knowing What, How, and When to Document

From start to finish, the employment relationship can generate a substantial number of documents. Whether complying with a law that requires specific documentation, recording certain information a business needs to effectively operate, or adhering to best practices that can prevent problems and reduce risks, documenting the employment relationship has grown increasingly challenging in a world of increased legislation and litigation. Getting it wrong can prove costly.
